A place of quiet and well being
Villa Coralia is locatedon a hill between Osimo and Castelfidardo, renowned for its favorable climate, especially for the beneficial influence of the sea, and for the wonderful panorama.
Around the year 1000, Benedictines chose this area to build the abbey of Santa Maria in Cirignano, which gave its name to Abbadia’s hamlet.
Exactly for these particular conditions, noble villas and country houses, such as Villa Coralia, have been built over the centuries .
In harmony with the territory
In 2010, we started the renovation of the farmhouse, which was part of the Farms belonging to the Villa from the Thirties, which is also our property.
The structure today is functional, modern, anti-seismic, but we have preserved what makes Villa Coralia so special: the harmony with the surrounding landscape.
In these years we have planted new olive trees and fruit trees.
Above all, we have limited the use of concrete and selected environmentally friendly materials, to have the least impact on the surrounding landscape and the environment.
